ur principal, Terrence Ayala, is one of the few American Attorneys who are admitted to practice in Germany. He is a member of the Hanseatische Rechtsanwaltskammer Hamburg. As such, Mr. Ayala can provide a wide array of services concerning all aspects of business immigration. He can also provide legal advice on foreign direct investment in the United States.
Prior to starting his own private practice in 2002, Mr. Ayala served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, completing over 400 civil and criminal cases, including 21 federal jury trials. He holds university degrees from the University of Virginia (Juris Doctor, law degree), Princeton University (Bachelor of Arts, Political Science), Florida Atlantic University (Bachelor of Science, Computer Science). Mr. Ayala was admitted to practice law by the Florida Bar (1991), the Michigan Bar (1987), and the Hanseatische Rechtsanwaltskammer Hamburg (2022).
